Know what it takes before you build it.
Five to ten minutes on the phone, and you know which part sets the budget.

From a request to a recommendation.
- Step 1
Request a time
Pick a slot and that time is held for you. Confirmation usually follows within an hour. The calendar invite is what turns the hold into a booking.
- Step 2
The call, 5–10 minutes
You describe the process, or the idea. The call works through the three questions that move the number: which systems hold the data, how often the job runs, and whether a person has to check the result.
- Step 3
After the call
You leave with a direction. The call names the constraint that sets the budget, and says whether this is worth pursuing as described. Most estimates price that constraint without ever naming it.
Which one sounds like you?
You know what you want built
What is harder to see is which parts take a week and which take three months.
Whether it can be built, and what it would take.
Too much is still done manually
Orders re-typed, reports rebuilt, the same numbers moved between systems every week.
Which step to automate first.

Impressive in a browser tab. Not yet wired into your accounts or the actual work.
Whether that needs a setup day or training.
Built end to end. Still running after launch.
A job that fails quietly is worse than one that never ran. Most of the engineering goes into that difference. Where there is a working demo, the card opens it.
The developer on the first call is the developer who built the systems above. The three figures below are the nightly workload one of them was built to carry.
Scheduled scope of a delivered system, not a live counter.

Nothing here is bought before the call.
These are what the work turns into once the direction is clear. You reach any of them the same way: the free call first, then the ₪250 diagnostic if the problem is worth pricing properly. Listed here so the numbers are not a surprise later, not as something to pick from now.
Frequently asked questions
What comes out of the first call?
An effort range measured in days or weeks rather than shekels, plus a read on which part carries the risk. Anything that needs the systems opened up moves to the Technical Diagnostic, which turns that range into a written plan naming the integrations, the risks and the first stage worth building.
I’m not technical. Does that matter?
That’s usually the case. Describe what the software should do and who would be using it. Turning that into systems, permissions and a schedule is the technical part.
What should I have ready?
Nothing written. Come knowing roughly how often the work runs, because something that runs once a quarter and something that runs hourly are different builds. At the idea stage, a description of what you have in mind works just as well.
What does it cost after the first call?
Next is the Technical Diagnostic, ₪250 including VAT for thirty minutes on Google Meet. The Diagnostic Report that follows sets out which systems the work runs through, what the effort depends on, and where the risk sits. It is yours to keep, whoever ends up building the system.
Why is the first call free?
The expensive outcome for both sides is a build that should never have started. Most bad fits show up inside ten minutes. Finding that out early costs less than a proposal written on a misunderstanding.

The expensive decisions are made early.
Scope is a series of decisions, most of them taken before a quote is ever written. The cheapest thing you can do at this stage is find out which ones were made for you. That is what the first call is for.
